Items in your shoping cart will be shown as you add items. At any time you can click on Shopping Cart, located on the upper right side of the screen and change any of the items ordered. However, your order cannot be canceled or changed if it has already entered our shipping process. In those situations, you can return or exchange the order within 20 days from the date of shipment (on invoice), and we will apply the appropriate refund or exchange. Sales Tax In accordance with Connecticut state law, we are required to charge 6% sales tax on all merchandise purchased by and delivered to in-state customers. The sales tax will be calculated as a percentage of your subtotal (excluding shipping charges). If you are paying for your order through PayPal, you will only see any sales tax charges and S&H charges itemized on the RPShaker.com Order Form.  Exchanges & Returns We want you to be pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. Therefore, we offer every customer a money back guarantee on all purchases. If an item is not what you expected you have within 20 days of the statement date (on invoice) to exchange it for another item or return it for a refund. All items must be returned in good and resalable condition. This is a limited warranty. Please be aware that return or exchange shipping charges are to be paid by you. Exchange Policy Within 20 days of the shipment of your order (on invoice), you may exchange any salt and pepper shakers. The item must be in its original, new and unused condition. STEP 1. Contact Us- Email us to let us know you wish to exchange your merchandise. STEP 2. Repack it - Please be sure to pack the merchandise in new packaging. STEP 3. Ship It Back to Us-The cost of shipping is your responsibility. We suggest that you track and insure all merchandise shipped to us. STEP 4. We Exchange It- After we receive the merchandise, we will inspect it. Upon approval, we will contact you with the new shipping costs. Once you approve the shipping costs, we will ship the new merchandise to you. Shipping Cost Our S&H charge is $6.95 to any single address in the Continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. UPS Tracking Numbers are included free of charge with each order. We also offer all USPS, UPS and FedEx Expedited Shipping Services and International Shipping. Shipping Methods  All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (Standard Ground Service) to contiguous U.S. States, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Order Status To check on your Order Status, sign in and click on your order. On your order form on the left hand side will show the status. ie. Shipped, Backorded, Out of Stock.You may also obtain the delivery status of your order by entering the UPS Tacking Number, which you will receive at the time of shipment, at the UPS Web Site www.UPS.com . Delivery Time In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. So if you place an order, your total delivery time would be 1 day (processing time) plus 1 to 6 days, depending on which UPS Zone your are in. Check your order form for the Status of your order. Complaint Process PayPal's Buyer Complaint Process helps protect PayPal members when a merchant does not deliver goods as promised.
